We are all living within the influence of our culture and conditioning. Some aspects of this may be useful at times, but this conditioning can give rise to blocks in our energetic system and in our life. Negative conditioning is the cause of emotional instability and can give rise to debilitating emotional volcanoes going off inside us. All of this has a negative effect on our health and well being. It erodes our confidence in ourselves; tearing apart our self esteem and ability to flow with life. It causes us to do things that we don’t want to do and is the root of all addictions. Most of us know the turmoil of our energy going out of control in a negative spiral. It can be hugely undermining, causing debilitating self doubt and disconnection from other people and all of life.

Having realised that the source of these ills is deep inner pain and disconnection; we worked for years to find effective ways to meet it and fill the inner gap. We see how our culture coaxes us to fill this inner gap with more possessions, more education, higher status & prestige. Like most people, we chased these things for a while. Sure, it’s nice to have more money and abilities. It does give a degree of freedom and happiness; but inwardly, we couldn’t ignore the same glaring inner issues of lack, loss, shame, guilt, insecurity, fear etc.

The ultimate cause of these issues is disconnection from the truth of who we are.

You are Pure Awareness. Divinity is the truth of who you are. Light and love is the centre of your being and the source of your being. This is the core of everyone and it’s the source from which our lives come. Unfortunately many individuals are very disconnected from this fact and live their life in a way that is contrary to the Divine will that is forever guiding life.

Many people live in this 'separation consciousness'. Their experience of life and their perspective can be limited. This problem is not only on a mental level and it can't be solved on a mental level. It's source is much deeper than this. It's a spiritual problem. However, opening spiritually cannot be rushed or pushed upon a person. Despite many people sharing similar religious perspectives, the spiritual path is very intimate and unique to each individual. This is why many of the solutions only work in part.

We were very fortunate to have been able to ‘travel the narrow path’ or follow ‘the road less travelled’ from an young age. We did go up painful blind alleys. Our experience is richer because of these difficult experiences. Sooner or later, one does need to confront one's inner demons and meet one's inner pain. I believe that this struggle is the fundamental struggle of life and that we all have to face it in one way or another. This takes courage and perseverance. It’s much easier with support from loved ones, therapists and good teachers. We were fortunate to have had that. We've been richly rewarded for following the Vortexhealing® lineage for many years. There’s nothing wrong with a ‘normal life’ and often nothing needs to change in our ‘normal lives'. Sometimes we do need to change aspects of our lives. More truth and integrity; more connection and more love will always come from our inner work. So, that’s the beacon of the ultimate destination, while most of us are tied up in the day to day struggle with life, with our health and with our ‘stuff.’ So, we offer healing tools which will enable you to transform your personal conditioning while moving you into closer alignment with your inner Divinity and power.
